- Click on the green Join button on the homepage and begin to complete the form (or check to see if you have an existing non-member account)
- After entering in some basic demographic and contact information, you’ll be brought to your Profile page. Under “My Membership” select Join/Renew American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation
